“It is a great pleasure for me to welcome you to our web pages. We’re immensely proud of our work and in the years since I started Bryn Melyn, we have made a real difference in many young lives. What keeps us going in this very challenging work is the knowledge that we are all engaged in something exceptional which not only changes lives but sometimes, literally, saves them.

Our committed staff members work hard in all of our homes which include small group settings and intensive one to one placements. Our therapeutic methods demand the highest level of energy and professionalism from our staff. In our long term placements, we are committed to placement stability for every young person. Our record demonstrates our willingness to go the extra mile for our young people.. We can make no greater contribution to the children that we work with than to make them the promise that we will not give up on them….no matter how hard they test our promise.

At the core of our work is the understanding that children who have experienced extreme disruption in their lives require the opportunity to settle down and make healthy attachments. We make this possible by providing them with support and care in abundance and structure to their lives, helped by the expertise of our therapists.
