Area Manager

Shropshire/North Wales

Salary up to £42,500 plus performance related pay and benefits.

We are currently expanding and developing our services and are seeking to recruit an experienced social care manager to join our senior care management team.

Working in a team of three and reporting to the director of care, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of registered managers and overseeing the delivery of high quality therapeutic care in our small children's homes.

The role also requires working across the organisation with education, clinical and business staff as part of our multi-disciplinary structure and model.

This is a key appointment for a career minded professional seeking to broaden and develop their skills and responsibility. This senior position contributes significantly to the development of practice and business systems and processes - what skills can you bring to the team.

Closing date Friday 24th September, interviews to be held on Friday 1st October.
