Clinical Services Manager

Salary up to £45k plus benefits
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our team of psychologists and psychotherapists. With an appropriate post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline, the post will work alongside senior care and education managers to support the delivery of an integrated programme of thereapeutic work to young people with experience of childhood trauma and complex needs.
There will be an expectation that the role will include developmental work in formalising a practice model for use in our homes and oversight of our research based outcomes measurement project.
