Deputy Care Manager
Nr Wem, Shropshire
Salary progression to £23, 136 plus allowance and great benefits
We are currenly expanding and developing our services and welcome applications from experienced residential practitioners.
You will need at least two years experience of residential care with young people and will have NVQ 3 in Caring for Children.
You will need:
- a full UK driving licence/car owner
- report writing skills
In return, you will have the opportunity to:
- work in a small therapeutic children's home with a reduced staffing ratio of 2:3.
- work with our fully integrated independent schools
- work with the support of our in house clinical team of psychologists and psychotherapists
- benefit from an outstanding staff training and development programme
- take a foundation degree in therapeutic child care.
