Registered Manager
Beddgelert, Snowdonia
Salary progression to £33,183 plus £2,000 emergency provision enhancement plus £1,800 car allowance plus performance bonus.
We are currently expanding and developing our services and welcome applications from residential practitioners with management experience..
You will need five years of residential care with young people of which two years should be at a senior level.
You will also have NVQ 4 in Care/Management/Registered Managers Award or be working towards these qualifications.

- Work in a 3-bedded children's home with adolescents, managing a team working on ratios of 1:1.
- Work with the support of our in house clinical team of psychologists and psychotherapists.
