Receptionist Administrator

Salary Scale: £7.46 per hour
We are one of the UK's leading providers of therapeutic care, specialist education and clinical services to some of society's most challenging and vulnerable young people.
Head office is looking to recruit a flexible individual with strong team-working and communication skills to the post of Receptionist. The role provides a central reception service and administration support. The role will involve a wide variety of tasks and will be the central point of contact for externally based staff across 28 locations. The hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Applicants should have GCSE level or equivalent Maths and English and be IT literate. Excellent organisational skills gained through all-round administrative experience will be required.
The ability to provide a professional and welcoming reception to a wide range of visitors is essential.
