Residential Care Workers

Salary progression to £20,696 plus allowance and great benefits
Starting salary for NVQ 3/Level 3 qualified £18,254
Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in residential child care or related field and be NVQ 3 qualified but extensive mandatory training is provided.
We are also recruiting for residential care workers qualified in outdoor instruction, to work in our registered children's home in North Wales, set in the Snowdonia National Park, providing short term crisis intervention and assessment services.
You will need:
- a full driving licence/car owner
- report writing skills
- to be at least 21 years old
In return, you will have the opportunity to:
- work in a small therapeutic children's home
- work with our fully integrated independent schools
- work with the support of our in house clinical team
- benefit from an outstanding staff training and development programme
- undertake a foundation degree in therapeutic child care.
