Outreach

The majority of our young people are in their mid to late teens and depending on their legal status, maybe coming to the end of their time in care. Because we work long term, we have significant experience of helping young people move into their own accommodation, independently. This can be a critical time where young people experience high anxiety, isolation and vulnerability.

Our tailored outreach packages provide a level of consistent staff support which reduces over time as confidence and coping skills are evidenced. This is the most effective way of ensuring that the treatment and development work of the residential provision is fully embedded, even after the young person is living independently in the community. It ensures successful outcomes and delivers best value.

Domiciliary Care

In specialised circumstances, we’re able to work young adults in their own home environment. These pieces of work need to be commissioned and individually agreed, as by their nature they are fully bespoke.
